Are you a local artist with a passion for vintage resale, upcycling and handmade creations?
Waitlist Info for Vintage/Vendor Mall
My original plan before opening my little shop in downtown Mount Vernon, was always to have a vintage/vendor mall where I could rent out booth space for resellers, upcyclers and creatives.
I have an opportunity to lease a much larger building in SedroWoolley, it’s at 315 State St but before I jump I am gauging vendor interest to see if it would be a viable option.
I have posted about this on Facebook and have a waitlist. If I reach a certain threshold then I will put in an offer on the building and move forward.
The spaces will range in size from shelving units to 10’x12’ booths. Some are street front with windows and power, some are not. Prices will vary depending on the options you choose (how much space, where it is located, window, power, time requirements, etc) they will start at $40 per month and go up from there.
It’s a very nice building, off street parking in the back with 2 sets of double doors for loading, no stairs. Lots of windows, on a busy street and only a block and half off Metcalf. Merchandise can be sold on the Made and Found website, there will be a central register with staff onsite during business hours very similar to an antique mall just with cooler stuff.
We are currently open Tues - Fri 10-5 & Sat 11-4 we may be able to extend hours depending on the number of vendors that request the required hours pricing option. I have a vendor portal that allows vendors to see their sales in real time as well.
If you are local or willing to drive to SedroWoolley weekly to monitor your booth and would like to be placed on my email list for updates please use the contact us link on this website.

If you were on my previous waitlist you will be bumped to the top. I will be doing my best to avoid duplicating products for sale.
Thanks so much, Andra
